These terms cover your use of PromptShot at promptshot.us. Using the site means you accept them; they’re short and written to be read.
What the service is
PromptShot generates text prompts intended for third-party AI video tools (such as Google Veo, ByteDance Seedance, and Kling). PromptShot does not generate video, is not affiliated with those providers, and has no control over what their tools produce from a prompt.
Your prompts are yours
You own the prompts PromptShot generates for you. Use them commercially, edit them, share them, use them in client work — no attribution required, no license strings attached. Videos you create from those prompts are governed by the terms of the video tool you use, so check its license for commercial use of the output itself.
Free usage limits
The generator includes a free daily limit (with an optional email-unlock bonus). We may adjust limits, features, or availability at any time to keep the service sustainable — including suspending it for maintenance or abuse.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use PromptShot to create deceptive, defamatory, or illegal advertising, or ads targeting protected groups with harmful content.
- Don’t attempt to evade rate limits, scrape the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or resell automated access to it.
- Don’t upload images you lack the rights to use, or images containing other people’s personal information.
- You are responsible for ensuring the ads you produce comply with the platforms you run them on and the advertising rules of your jurisdiction (including disclosure rules for AI-generated content where they apply).
No guarantee of results
The service is provided “as is”. We don’t warrant that generated prompts will be error-free, that any video model will accept or render them well, or that ads made from them will perform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptShot’s liability arising from use of the site is limited to zero — it’s a free tool; test its output before spending money on it.
